Vista strategies scam

Had a call from a guy selling software for 'positive trading'... The same spiel as usual.

The 'head trader' tld me he had worked for the company for over 2 and a half years... I checked out their credentials. They have been going for less than 6 months... Also they are only selling 1100 'packages'. They only have 20 left.... What a joke... These guys never quit... Please don't get caught out!!!

  1. 20 left on December 12, and when I got a call from them on February 24 they had 17 left.....it really is taking them a long time to sell the last few packages.....

  2. I am just about to start legal proceeding against Vista Strategies for their Blue Fire Tradinf platform. I had a 6 month Money Back Gaurantee if the software failed to live upto its expectations, which it didnt, and I am now having to sue them to get this back. Same as above though, was told their was only a handfull of liscences left. Should have known better. ACA here I come!

  6. I have just found out that Vista are stating to potential customers that the issues that I have with them have been fixed and I am now a happy customer again. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I am currently pursing legal action against Vista Strategies and invite any other wronged people to contact me regarding a class action as others are starting to do. I have reported Vista to the ACCC which I urge you all to do. The comment above from Wooden Eye - DONT DO IT! What they dont tell you is that bookmakers very quickly indentify you as a person that uses a software package and you are then limited to the amounts you can place on a "trade". Simply put you can only ever put a trade for a couple of hundred bucks on at a time which means you will NEVER be able to make the returns promised. DONT DO IT

  8. I am so embarressed to admit that I have been scammed by these guys. Usually I am very quick to discern a scam, but the salesman I had was very good, his name was Robbie Edwards. I purchase the software on the 19th of January 2011 and as of today I have still not been able to place a single trade. What they also don't tell you is the amount of time it takes. The filters on the software are pathetic, so dozens of trades come up on the screen that are not even listed with the book makers and it takes hours sifting through them to find a trade. Finding the sport and the event on the bookmakers websites is a nightmare. I would like to join in on a class action, what do i do? I have asked for a refund and obvoiously haven't got anywhere.

  9. hi, we also have Blue fire pro from vista. We have been having trouble with the program not displaying the correct odds and then even finding the bets on bookmakers sites. Can't get Tony Morgan to return our calls. Apparently he is the support person.
Anyone had any luck with getting their money back?

  10. Yes Tony Morgan is also my support person and I have been unable to contact him for 3 weeks now. I leave messages and send emails but he never replies. I think he might be the only support staff. I am giving it this week, and then I am getting the lawyers in. Remember to report them to the ACCC Theresa.

  11. At a significant cost, I've begun legal preceding’s against Rowvista Pty Ltd, the holding company of Vista Strategies. I’m doubtful I’ll recover any of my money, but it’s not about that. It’s about doing what’s right.

In addition; I’ve also lodged formal complaints with:

    ASIC
    ACCC
    DoC (Consumer Protection Division)
The Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor (DRGL)
    A Current Affair
    Today Tonight

I won’t stop until the individuals involved in this scam are named, shamed and brought to justice. Ryan Quinn, Stevie Spicer, Michael Jansen and Tony Morgan; I’m coming for you.

If anyone has had the unfortunate and unpleasant experience of being scammed by this company, feel free to send me an email, and if I hear from enough people, I’ll look at organising a class action.
